• Each person attending the potluck is asked to bring a homemade vegetarian, vegan or raw vegan dish for at least 6 people, a serving spoon, your own plate and utensils. Thus if two people attend together, they would bring two dishes or one larger dish (eg. a 9 x 13 inch pan).
• Bring a copy of your recipe to share with others if you can

Guest: A Chi-Gong demonstration

How Much: nothing

Bring: A Vegetarian, Vegan or Raw dish for at least 8 people - plates and cutlery - blanket or lawn chair (optional)

Who: anyone, you don't even need to be vegetarian, just interested in meeting some and eating such foods.
