Manning, Mandel and Anielski to speak on Environmental Stewardship

The Alberta Environmental Stewardship Coalition has been working to build up a coalition of groups and individuals to build a stewardship agenda for the province of Alberta . It&#39;s been a great group to work with and we are having lots of success!! Check out our website at <a href="http://www.albertastewardship.ca" title="www.albertastewardship.ca">www.albertastewardship.ca</a>.</p><p>The Event is a panel discussion at the <a href="http://www.odyssium.com/">Telus World of Science</a> from 7 till 9pm in the IMAX Theater. Confirmed speakers include: Mayor <a href="http://www.edmonton.ca/portal/server.pt/gateway/PTARGS_0_0_272_214_0_43/http%3B/CMSServer/COEWeb/the+mayor/">Stephen Mandel</a> of Edmonton; <a href="http://www.anielski.com/">Mark Anielski</a>, Author of &quot;Economics of Happiness&quot;; <a href="http://www.prestonmanning.ca/">Preston Manning</a>, CEO of the <a href="http://www.manningcentre.ca/">Manning Centre for Democracy</a>; and a few more to come. The panel will explore what an ideal Alberta environment would look like, and what steps citizens, private industry and governments will have to take to get us there.</p><p>The environment is one of the largest issues that we will have to face. The growing public concern has made the environment the #1 issue for Canadians. Please come out and hear what some of the leading speakers on the environment have to say at the <strong>free</strong> panel discussion on April 25<sup>th</sup>.
