Compensation: We are hiring two SME contractors:

  • Subject Matter Expert 1: $4,000, including GST (estimated 50 hours)
  • Subject Matter Expert 2: $2,000, including GST (estimated 25 hours)

Contract timeline: Primary work period between March and June 2020. Final deliverable due October 2020
Location: Remotely, location flexible

Iron & Earth is developing a 5-10 day wind training program, customized for upskilling fossil fuel industry and Indigenous workers into the renewables industry. The training programs will be entirely mobile, allowing us to bring the training to communities that need it the most and will include vital hands-on experience.
