Wilderness Expo Celebrates Earth Day

Joining the throngs of climbers, runners, and volunteers at the 16th Annual Climb &amp; Run for Wilderness will be the very people and organizations whose ongoing efforts directly support our province&#39;s natural heritage.</p><p>&quot;Just as our Climb event is a celebration of our incredibly beautiful and diverse world, the Wild Alberta Expo is a celebration of all the hard work people do so others can be informed and active citizens in protecting nature,&quot; says Christyann Olson, executive director of the Alberta Wilderness Association which hosts the annual Earth Day event.</p><p>With more than 20 organizations, groups and individuals showcasing their work, the Expo is a sure way to learn all about the daily efforts that go into protecting our wilderness.
