Youth Empowerment Program

Deadline:
15 Feb 2013 (All day)

Money To Make Your Ideas Happen

Edmonton Community Foundation (ECF) has money dedicated to funding youth projects. If you know a group of 13 to 22 year olds who have an idea or a project they would like to get started tell them to apply. The Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) supports activities that are initiated, led and organized by Edmonton and area youth.

Activities can be strictly for fun, or socially responsible, but ECF can only grant the money to a charity. Make sure you have a registered charity, or school, involved in order to apply.

The next application deadline is February 15, 2013 (for projects occurring after April 1, 2013). There are many winners every deadline and grants range from $500 up to $3,000 per project. If you know of any great youth events or projects happening this spring encourage them to apply!

For more information and to complete the two page application, check out our website http://ecfoundation.org/forgrantseekers/youth-empowerment-program or contact ECF at 780-426-0015.

Please pass this message along to any youth who may be interested!
