Nov 28 2013 - 9:30am - 2:30pm
Nov 28 2013 - 4:30pm - 7:30pm

The Government of Alberta is looking for your feedback on the  Draft South Saskatchewan Regional Plan (2013) for southern Alberta. From November 5 through November 28, public information sessions and stakeholder workshops will be hosted in 18 locations in southern Alberta and in Edmonton, Red Deer and Drumheller (full list of consultation session dates & locations).

We ask that you RSVP for stakeholder workshops to ssrp [at] stantec [dot] com or call 403-716-8325. Workshop times are from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Public sessions run from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and since they are open house sessions, there isn't any need to call ahead to reserve a seat.

Whether you are able or unable to attend these sessions, provide your comments through an online workbook or print and complete the  Discussion Guide - Draft South Saskatchewan Regional Plan Workbook (2013). The completed paper version should be submitted to:

SSRP Phase 3 Workbook
Land Use Secretariat
9th Floor, 10035 - 108 Street
Edmonton, Alberta  T5J 3E1

In order for your input to be used to inform the development of the South Saskatchewan Regional Plan, your submission of this workbook must be received, either by mail or online, by January 15, 2014.

Check the AESRD Blog for regular consultation updates or visit South Saskatchewan Region for more information. Summaries of all input received through the consultation sessions and completed workbooks will be available on the SSRP Consultation page. Please join the conversation - your input will help define the future of southern Alberta.
