Your Group is invited to participate in PITCH-IN Week: Operation: Clean Sweep, April 20—26, 2009. It is a great way for your members to show their concern for the environment and demonstrate their civic responsibility.
What can your Group Do?
- Plan a project - environmental, educational - or both!
- Restore a local natural habitat;
- Plant trees;
- Set up a composting and recycling program;
- Clean-up around your meeting area, neighbourhood, green space, or shoreline

What do we provide?
Free materials. PITCH-IN CANADA provides:
- the very popular specially imprinted PITCH-IN Week: Operation: Clean Sweep garbage and clear recycling bags, to help with your group's clean-up/recycling projects in your community;
- a PITCH-IN WEEK Partner Certificate; and
- free downloadable posters, colouring books, activity ideas for your PITCH-IN Week project and year-round activities from our free Resource Centre at www.pitch-in.ca

As a Coordinator you receive a free campaign tote bag while supplies last! So register early!

- Free materials including PITCH-IN Week Bags are sent on a first-come, first-served basis, starting March 15 for delivery by April 15.
- Supply and/or Delivery of bags not guaranteed for Registrations received after March 15, 2009.
- Bag quantities are allocated to ensure that all applicants meeting the deadline receive bags. Please reuse other bags to supplement your supply.
