Sacred Heart Church of the First Peoples is pleased to present the film "For the Next 7 Generations: 13 Indigenous Grandmothers Weaving a World that Works" followed by a discussion and refreshments. Following the screening, we will have a discussion with our guest, Cindy Gaudet, Métis Woman, Educator. She will share her experiences with the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers. We look forward to welcoming those from all walks of life and to generating positive community relations in addressing these important teachings for the next seven generations.

Admission at the door: $15/adult, $10/students, children free

"For the Next 7 Generations" produced by Laughing Willow Company documents the momentous journey of thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers as they travel around the globe—to Mexico, the Brazilian Amazon, the Vatican, aand an audience with the Dalai Lama in India—to promotee world peace and share their indigenous ways of healing. Originating from all four directions, these wise elders, shamans and medicine women decided to form an alliance and in so doing they are lighting a way to a peaceful, sustainable planet.
