Youth present animated films inspired by social justice
January 19 2009 (Calgary) The Arusha Action Series and Quickdraw Animation Society's present an evening of live animation and a selection of short animated films by Calgary's Quickdraw's Youth Animation Project (YAP) and Aboriginal Youth Animation Project (AbYAP) as part of the International Festival of Animated Objects.

These 23 short stylistic films have strong voices for social justice and environmental activism, full of poignant observations and social comments about our impact on the world.
Participate
During the evening, four of the youth animators will create an audience-inspired animation showing just how easy it could be to create a film.
