The AEN is seeking 1 Delegate & 1 Alternate to serve on this team.

Time Commitment: 

Membership on this committee is anticipated to be a year in duration. Time commitment will involve one meeting per month with a few hours of meeting preparation time between meetings.

Expenses & Honoraria: 

Travel Support and per diems will be offered to committee members as per current Alberta Water Council guidelines.

Selection Criteria: 

Qualifications

  1. Be a representative of an organization in good membership standing with the Alberta Environmental Network
  2. Understand Alberta’s water allocation transfer system and associated legislation and policy.

Participation Requirements

  1. Be an active participant on committee.
  2. Report back regularly and as appropriate to the AEN Water Caucus.
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the project’s draft TOR and guidelines for participating in Alberta Water Council processes.
