On March 12, 2015, Environment Canada posted the proposed Recovery Strategies for the Common Nighthawk, Olive-sided Flycatcher, and Canada Warbler on the Species at Risk Public Registry for a 60-day public comment period ending May 11, 2015. 

These three species are listed as Threatened under the federal Species at Risk Act. Please see the enclosed summaries of the proposed Recovery Strategies to learn more about these species.

Environment Canada invites you to provide your feedback on these recovery planning documents in one of the following ways:

A questionnaire has been attached to help guide your feedback. Hard copies of the full Recovery Strategies are available upon request. Following the end of this public comment period, we will finalize the documents based upon all of the input and comments received. Final recovery documents will be posted on the Species at Risk Registry.
