The Future of Transportation: Symposium & Car Show

The Solar Energy Society of Alberta and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology are teaming up to offer a day-long symposium on alternative transportation options including electric, hybrid, biodiesel, human-powered, hydrogen and solar technologies.

The event will include a dozen informational workshops, music, solar baked cookies and a solar technologies demonstration trailer. The workshops will cover such topics as: how to convert a gas vehicle to electric, cold-weather battery performance and a carbon footprint analysis of various alternative technologies. Read more »
